Newport Cigarettes

Why have the filters and taste been compromised but the price is still the same? The filters and casings of this product have been reduced to half of what they once were.

This inferior product is sold mostly in black and low income areas.

My last four purchases have ended in a disappointing experience. The favor and smoking experience was horrible and not worth the cost of the product.Be careful where you purchase product avoid Family Dollar, Walmart fueling centers, and corner stores in low income areas.

As I was lighting my cigarette, I felt something *** me in the lip. I looked and it had something red and sharp.

I took my sister to the store in Warner Robins Ga to buy a pack of new port cigarettes she started smoking it I noticed I got a headache as she was smoking also noticed brown and black oil running down the cigarette as she was smoking it had to rush her to the hospital listen up people dont buy them they are putting something else in their thats making people very sick

Why are Newports with extremely small filers and inferior taste being sold at Walmart fuel stations and Family Dollar locations in metropolitan Atlanta areas? They taste horrible and aren't worth the price that they cost. This is true especially in predominantly black and low income areas.

I've been a Newport smoker for 40 years. I don't know what the *** you guys are doing, but how can you charge more for being in the box than the soft pack?

It's $10.90 for the soft pack and $11.40 for a hard pack. Are you out of your mind? The soft packs are always stale.

Don't you think you make enough money off of me? Where's the buy one get one half price or anything like that, that you used to do?

I responded because I would like Newport pleasure coupons for cartons not just packs on the mobile app and its been a month and I still have not received them.

I recently purchased two packs of Newport Shorts. I've smoked Newport for 30 years, I've gotten stale packs here and there throughout the years. But with the price nowadays, I had to complain.

Looked at the packet and it is menthol and were surpose to be blues and also most of the cigarettes have mould on them. I have attached some photos.

No complaints Ive been smoking Newports since 16 yrs old. I would like to quit however I enjoy them.

They send you an email saying you got a $2.50 coupon but when you click on it it says it's only a dollar.. I don't do business with liars.

Then when I told them about their crap they locked my account. Isn't there some law out there about false advertisement!!

Where do they get off ..I do not have time for the span I already get so I don't need a supposedly trustworthy business sending me fake advertisements!

This business falsely advertised the price of their Newport menthol cigarettes to be $10.38. I was charged $11.38 plus tax.

I decided to use a coupon that is provided by the Newport website for one dollar off. Muhammad (owner, or management) refuse to honor the digital coupon provided.

This coupon specifically designated by the Newport website that their store is a location that would honor such a COUPON. The employee called the police, then had me banned from a store I have been going to for 10+ years.

They only send me one freaking coupon for $1 off one pack of cigarettes all the time. I used to get more than 2 or 3 coupons at a time.

I had a coupon for $10 off a carton of cigarettes and I don't get that anymore. I've had $2 off 2 packs of cigarettes.

$5 off 3 packs as well as the $1 off one pack, etc. The coupon deal sucks now!
