I bought a cart of Newports and they were stale and damaged

I bought a carton of cigarettes they were really stale there was something wrong with them the store wouldn't help me I called customer service and customer service was very helpful

Faulty Cigarettes

Newport Cigarettes - Faulty Cigarettes
I have purchased and smoked you cigarettes for many years now. Ive never had a problem until now. I purchased carton of your cigarettes a few days ago and most of them have a perfectly round small hole towards the filter so you cant really smoke them. Is there any way I could get a refund or coupon? Thank you for your time.
